Front Desk Receptionist
Information Services is seeking
an unpaid summer intern. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and enrolled
in college for the fall semester, preferably in an Information Technology
related field. Minimum qualifications include the ability to disassemble and
reassemble CPU’s; perform tasks to reformat PC hard drives; install Windows 7
operating systems and computer peripherals. This person needs to be physically
able to load the surplus equipment onto pallets. Tasks the intern will be
performing include formatting agency hard drives, including working with the
Fiscal unit to prepare necessary paperwork to surplus the hardware. Other
duties may include the setup of new computers and peripherals and assisting the
network staff with hardware and software related duties.
