The Capital Development Board in consultation with the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) is offering a unique funding opportunity to assist early childhood centers with the renovation and expansion of their facilities. Up to $5 million is available to centers for increasing their capacity to provide care and educational opportunities for children in underserved areas. These funds, which require a 10% match, may also be used to improve the early learning experience of the youngest Illinoisans.
