Illinois Accessibility Task Force 

The Illinois Accessibility Task Force was created by Public Act 096-0674.  The appointed  members of the task force will recommend revisions to the Illinois Accessibility Code (71 Ill. Adm. Code 400) to comply with the federal Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 with respect to public school property.  This task force will remain in effect until it reports its recommendations to the Capital Development Board and the General Assembly.
