Whenever questions arise, plan participants have various resources they can use.
The Local Government Health Plan (LGHP) has Health Plan Representatives (HPR) at each unit that can assist members with many issues regarding benefit options, eligibility, etc.
Each benefit plan and program has a plan administrator that can answer specific questions regarding coverage.
Local Government Health Plan assistance is available Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., by calling 1-800-442-1300 and selecting option 2.
