The Group Insurance Division is available Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. CST. Members may call 1-800-442-1300 or request assistance via email at: CMS.WebsiteBenefits@illinois.gov.
The Teachers' Retirement System (TRS) has representatives that can assist members with many issues regarding benefit options, eligibility, etc. Representatives at TRS may be reached by calling (800) 877-7896.
Each benefit plan and program has a plan administrator that can answer specific questions regarding coverage.
