Attached is the Fiscal Year 2006 Preferred Hotel Listing. The Governor's Travel
Control Board has negotiated agreements with a total of 322 hotels/lodges.
The FY06 listing is a comprehensive guide to hotels that offer state employees
quality accommodations at a discounted rate.
The Preferred Hotel Listing has been designed to assist travelers in locating
hotels and identifying services to fit their specific needs. Employees
are required to contact preferred hotels first when seeking overnight accommodations .
The rates listed are valid through June 30, 2006.
The FY06 Preferred Hotel Listing will also be available on the internet at: Travel Guide.
As hotels are added to the listing, this site will be updated. A hard copy
of the Travel Guide for State Employees will not be published this year.
As the appointed Travel Coordinator for your agency, it is your responsibility
to disseminate this information to all appropriate personnel within your agency.
