State Use Program coordinators work closely with the Bureau of Strategic Sourcing and Procurement, state government agencies, and not-for-profit Community Rehabilitation Facilities (CRF) for severely disabled people to bring about a careful matching of state requirements and CRF capabilities. Regional coordinators obtain documentation, review qualifications and capabilities, provide technical assistance, and monitor performance and compliance.
