"Doing Business with Illinois" workshops are scheduled throughout the year in Chicago and Springfield and include presentations from the Bureau of Strategic Sourcing (BOSS), CMS Legal team, Business Enterprise Program (BEP), Vendor Payment Program (VPP), Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) and Procurement Technical Assistance (PTAC). Business owners will learn about, contracting, laws, policies, rules and regulations, certification, prompt vendor payment, loans and grants and you will have access to one-on-one guidance.
