Hosted by: Central Managment Services (CMS), Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT), Illinois Tollway, Capital Development Board (CDB), Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO), Illinois Finance Authority (IFA) and Illinois Environmental Protection Agency

"Winning with the State" Business Forum will be a day filled with educational workshops. Presentations will be given by CMS, IDOT, Illinois Tollway, CDB, DCEO, IFA, and Illinois Environmental Protection Agency. Business owners will learn about the State's contracting process, BEP certification, IDOT's requirements, documents, how to prepare for work on construstion projects, electronic bidding, how to develop bids, work category expansion, getting paid and prime contractor qualification, how to do business with Illinois Tollway and Illinois clean water initiatives.
