Sell 2 Illinois

Each year the State of Illinois spends billions of dollars making it one of the largest purchasers of goods and services in the state.

To promote the growth of small and independently owned businesses in Illinois, the General Assembly has created several statutory programs to help small businesses obtain state contracts.

We encourage you to apply for the Small Business Set-Aside Program (SBSP).  It only takes a few minutes to complete the application.  20130128 Small Business Application v.13.5.pdf
