"IL Procurement Gateway (IPG) Training for Vendors, State Users, and Small Businesses"
The Chief Procurement Office remains strongly committed to making state procurement easier for vendors.  The IPG is a substantial effort at remaking how vendors bid on state contracts.  The IPG minimizes the amount of paperwork that vendors must provide with each bid, standardizes the State's review of vendor disclosures, and provides the public with more transparency.  Visit the IPG here:  https://ipg.vendorreg.com.

Webinars are offered based on user type:  State User, Vendor, and specific state agency.  Please register for the appropriate webinar by clicking on the link and selecting the appropriate date from the drop-down menu.  Beyond learning how to navigate the site, Vendors will learn how to complete their application and State Users will learn how to search for vendors and conduct a responsiveness review when a vendor submits their registration number and expiration date (FORMS B) in lieu of corresponding disclosures.  If you have questions, please email joe.kim@illinois.gov.

Schedule and Agenda for Sole Source Hearings

In cases where there is only one economically feasible source for a particular item, a sole source contract may be awarded without a hearing unless an interested party submits a written request for a public hearing at which the chief procurement officer and purchasing agency present written justification for the procurement method.  Any interested party may present testimony.  A sole source contract where a hearing was requested by an interested party may be awarded after the hearing is conducted with the approval of the chief procurement officer.  30 ILCS 500/20-25.
