Holiday Cards to Troops
As we prepare for the holidays, Governor Quinn invites
elementary school students across Illinois to spread a little cheer to our
injured service members serving overseas this season by making holiday
cards.
Each year before the General
Assembly reconvenes, Governor Quinn personally finances his own trip to
Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Germany to show his continued support for
the troops by hand-delivering these cards.
Cards can be sent to the Governor’s Office in Chicago. Cards
must be received no later than Friday, December 7.
Cards may be mailed to:
The Office of Governor Pat Quinn
