Child Care

Finding a good child care provider is a growing need for working families in Illinois and across the nation.  Under the Governor, we have expanded child care options to increase eligibility for thousands of additional children around the state.

DHS Child Care Program
The Department of Human Services' Child Care Program helps low-income, working families access quality and affordable child care in their areas, so parents can continue working and contributing to the health, emotional and social development of their children.
