Remembering One of Our Own
Commissioner James A. Maloof
October 18, 1919 – January 19, 2012
The Illinois Human Rights Commission was saddened to learn of the death of former Commissioner James A. Maloof, who passed away on January 19, 2013 at the age of 93. He was an active member of the Commission from 1997 to 2005 serving with great dignity and pride. The Commission mourns the passing of James Maloof, and we extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him.
