Ethical Conduct Questions 

Questions that state employees and appointees have regarding ethics issues that arise in the course of their state employment should be referred to their state agency’s ethics officer. Each state agency is required by law to appoint an ethics officer who is responsible for, among other things, providing guidance to those state employees who need assistance in determining the appropriate conduct required by law, rule, regulation, or policy.
