The once-a-year (September 7 – November 2, 2012) State and University Employees Combined Appeal (SECA) that provides all employees the opportunity to donate to the charitable causes of their choice to enhance the quality of life for all.

How Do I Donate to the Charity of My Choice?
- Visit www.secaillinois.org to find your charity choice.
- Complete a SECA pledge form for payroll deduction or one-time gift.
- Submit your pledge form to your agency’s SECA Ambassador/Liaison.
