Meeting Notes
Discussion of ECIVC Conference – attendance and suggestions for future, but left majority of discussion to ECIVC Committee.
Discussion of Plan & Structure – we decided we needed to discuss the ideas with more folks – but reviewed the document as attached here.
Concern was expressed about the planned September 17th Meeting – should we cancel or re-task the VMN Public Meeting (at Carle in Urbana) – Panel of Volunteer Managers working with Youth Volunteers? We have not had any interest yet, and it would be piggybacking on a AFP event at the Country Club in Champaign. It has been slightly advertised – but wondered if we could reschedule a different type of meeting in October of November.
Discussion will be continued with other members regarding new structure proposal and the September 17th Meeting.
