Repealing Obsolete and Inconsistent Regulations

The Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) has sought to excise all of its duplicative, unnecessary, and contradictory regulations. In keeping with its effort to rid the administrative code of extraneous, obsolete, and overlapping regulations, the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) has repealed 14 entire Administrative Rule Parts. The repeals are the result of regulations that were obsolete, overly burdensome, overlapping other regulations, or inconsistent with other laws.
