The State Plan on Aging fulfills a requirements of the Older Americans Act and the Administration for Community Living. Every three years, Illinois submits a plan to lay out goals, strategies and objectives to address the changing needs of older adults across the state. You can view the previous State Plan on Aging

The FY 2021-2023 State Plan on Aging incorporates elements of the planning service area (PSA) area plans, and includes innovative ideas to ensure older adults are able to live safely in their homes. You can view the draft of the plan
