This facility will provide skilled care for Illinois veterans, including accommodations for Alzheimer's care. Compliance with the requirements of the United States Department of Veterans' Affairs (USDVA) and the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) is required. The USDVA requires design in conformance with the Community Living Concepts (CLC). Familiarity with both CLC and Greenhouse concepts for senior living and requirements of IDPH is recommended for firms submitting for this project.
