From designing and producing brochures, mailings, posters, reports and banners to live broadcasts, video streaming, satellite uplink, State news coverage and broadcast radio segments, our team stands ready to handle your media needs.
IOCI Radio provides news stories, raw audio and PSA'S promoting state programs & issues related to state government and the Illinois Legislature to radio stations and news outlets throughout the state. Other services include voice over work and CD duplication.
Any agency, elected official, board, commission, or university can use the press release service to distribute news to any medium, geography, or may establish a list of their own to maintain. The service is free of charge to State entities. In addition, editorial services offers comprehensive media monitoring alerts for your agency, stakeholders and key issues.
Video Production Services
Our video production team produces video news, public affairs, educational and public service programs both on site as well as in studio for constitutional officers, legislators, state agencies and boards and commissions. Television stories can be transmitted by satellite uplink and are posted online, allowing an agency to send live or taped programs instantly to television stations throughout the U.S.
Provides FCC-licensed audio and video satellite transmissions for constitutional offices, legislators, state agencies, boards and commissions, making “live” video coverage of news conferences and major events available to television stations throughout the state and nation.
The team of award-winning professional designers includes many with advanced degrees and extensive design experience in the public and private sectors. Using the latest in industry-standard software, the designers will develop websites, infographics, logos, brochures, posters, maps, backdrops, magazines, calendars, newsletters, ads, banners, displays, billboards, PowerPoints, annual reports, and more free of charge for state agencies and office holders.
