What are the State of Illinois branding guidelines?
The branding guidelines add value to State of Illinois publications by increasing consistency, quality and uniformity among State of Illinois print and electronic communications. It also increases awareness of and enhances recognition of State communications and enhances credibility for our messages by having a strong identity. Branding guidelines improve the consistency and identity of our publications.

How much do your services cost?
The Design and Publications Division is equipped with the latest technology to produce quality jobs in the most cost-effective manner possible. Our costs are comparable to or below average for design work. Best of all, we issue a standard guarantee: We will competitively beat any equally compared design quote by 5%.

The savings to the State of Illinois is substantial. Based on quotes provided by private sector vendors, the State saves up to 90% by using IOCI Design and Publications for printing and up to 77% by using IOCI Design and Publications for banners.

How long will it take to get my publication?
When you fill out the project request, we ask that you give us your timeline or deadline. We make every effort to meet or exceed expectations regarding timelines.

How do I get things translated?
Contact the Design and Publications Division and let us know what language(s) you would like a document translated in. If you have the document in Word, you can email it to us. If you would like for us to design a brochure, posters, or other publication and then have it translated we are more than happy to do that as well. What experience do the designers have?
Our team of professional designers includes many with advanced degrees and more than 15 years of design experience in the public and private sector. Using industry-standard software such as QuarkXpress, InDesign, Pagemaker, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat and Dreamweaver, the designers know how to maximize every option in order to produce effective, professional and creative projects.
