The program is supported by public and private stakeholders alike, namely: Local area Chambers of Commerce, Economic Development Organizations and Corporations, Advisement/Mentor Groups, Non- Profit Organizations, Community Development Financial Institutions & Lenders, Illinois Small Business Development Centers Network, Office of Entrepreneurship, Innovation & Technology and Office of Minority Economic Empowerment, within the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity. Information will also be provided on the Advantage Illinois Participation Loan Program and FAME (Fund for the Advancement of Minority Enterprises).
