    Advancing the Development of Minority Entrepreneurship (ADME) Business Workshop

    Are you a new business owner? Interested in becoming an entrepreneur in 2019? If so, you are invited to join the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for an ADME Business Workshop. There is a need to have this basic introductory program to address the needs of individuals with less business experience. The program is supported by public and private stakeholders alike, namely: Local area Chambers of Commerce, Economic Development Organizations and Corporations, Advisement/Mentor Groups, Non-Profit Organizations, Community Development Financial Institutions & Lenders, Illinois Small Business Development Centers Network, Office of Entrepreneurship, Innovation & Technology and Office of Minority Economic Empowerment, within the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity

    Advancing the Development of Minority Entrepreneurship (ADME) Business Workshop

    Are you a new business owner? Interested in becoming an entrepreneur in 2019? Are you looking for financing opportunities to meet your present needs and prepare you for future growth? If so, you are invited to join the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for an ADME Business Workshop. This workshop has been designed to instruct new business start-ups and individuals who have an interest in entrepreneurship.
    During the workshop, subject-matter experts will address the needs of individuals who are just starting their own businesses and those who are looking to pursue entrepreneurship. Information will also be provided on the Advantage Illinois Participation Loan Program and FAME (Fund for the Advancement of Minority Enterprises). The State participates 50% on loans with lenders, enrolled in the program, offering a 2% fixed rate and up to $400,000 on the State’s portion. Register today to take advantage of this free event.
