Submittal of an application does not mean a guaranteed approval of an application. We review each transaction on a case by case basis.

NOTE: To apply for a Corrected Title, Corrected Registration, Title Search or Dealer/Manufacturer registration, please call 217/557-0180 or 800/382-1696 to request a paper application.

Duplicate Decals, Duplicate Registration, Duplicate Title?

Complete Watercraft Application and mark the appropriate box
Check or Money Order payable to DNR (see fee chart)
Section F on the Watercraft Application (currently unavailable) must be completed

Corrected Title?

Complete the Watercraft Application and mark the appropriate box for Corrected Title
Check or Money Order payable to DNR (see fee chart)
Original Title must be submitted to DNR (if title is lost, state that information on Section F)
