Priority Resources - emergent/moist soil/submergent wetlands, bottomland forest, deep-water habitat, backwater lakes, fish and mussel communities, migratory birds Conservation philosophy - Promote wetland habitat in backwaters that support viable fish populations and migrating and wintering waterfowl and shorebirds; promote bottomland hardwood forests that support viable populations of wildlife including rare
