Correct a Dove/Duck/Goose/Upland Game Application

If a correction needs made to your Dove, Duck/Goose, or Upland Game application, please email DNR.Permits1@illinois.gov. Please include your name, date of birth, and customer ID # along with a description of the correction needed (add/remove a partner, edit dates or locations, etc.) Please note: The majority of correction requests will result in the deletion of the application, and the customer will need to resubmit a new application.
Corrections or cancellations cannot be done once a reservation has been issued.
