Online Deer Permit Inquiry System

To check on the status of your Deer permit, please follow the instructions below carefully.

Please note: Non-Resident Archery results are not available on this page.

You must input your name EXACTLY as you entered it on your application:
- Last Name
- First Name & Middle Initial (do not use a "period" after your middle initial)
- Date of Birth field (MMDDYYYY) Do not use dashes (-) or slashes (/) between the month, day and year.
  Example: 01021945
Do not use the "PF" keys on the left hand side of your screen; use either your mouse or your tab key.
If your results indicate Refund, a check will be mailed to you by the Illinois State Comptroller's Office. Processing time varies.
The system will be inaccessible from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. daily.

The 2020 Deer Firearm and Muzzleloader lottery drawings are complete. Remaining county permits will go on sale over the counter 8 a.m. October 20, 2020, at IDNR License Vendors. Special Hunt Area permits were only available during the lottery application periods and are not sold over the counter.
