Overview:
The Department of Natural Resources, Office of Mines and Minerals, requires aerial photography and topographic mapping services by a vendor prequalified by the Department of Transportation to perform the services.

Two documents are attached.  One document contains the Scope of Services and Price Sheet including technical attachments and site maps.  The other document is the Solicitation (provided in Word and PDF) which contains the required administrative forms.  BOTH DOCUMENTS REQUIRE COMPLETION.
