to meet the State's needs. Below is a brief description of
our needs with detailed requirements in subsequent sections

The State of Illinois, Department of Natural Resources (DNR), requires concession services for the operation of the lifeguard controlled beach, shower building, vending services and boat rental at Rock Cut State Park located in Rockford, Illinois. The operation at Rock Cut State Park is authorized to operate and manage the swimming beach, rent, sell, serve or dispense pre-packed food, confections, hot and cold nonalcoholic beverages, selected souvenirs, paddle boats, boating equipment, picnic supplies and to place electronic/video games.
In the state's far northern region is Rock Cut State Park in Winnebago County. Two lakes set off the park's 3092 acres. Peirce Lake, with 162 acres, is a retreat for people wanting to fish, ice fish or ice skate. A second 50-acre Olson Lake is especially for swimmers. Rounding out the park's recreational options are camping, hiking, horseback trails and cross-country skiing.
