Overview:
The Illinois Department of Natural Resources (IDNR) would like to obtain specific ideas and goals that will help generate a comprehensive and effective strategy to manage the concession operation in accordance with 30 ILCS 500/53, to include operating, maintaining and marketing of the World Shooting and Recreational Complex (WSRC). The IDNR believes that it would be advantageous to gather input from outside sources that are familiar with the needs of a world class shooting/event venue in the state, nationally, and internationally. The Department is seeking early input into shaping its approach to the management of a concession.
