Overview:
The Illinois Department of Natural Resources is seeking proposals to provide cost allocation consulting services resulting in an accurate and allowable indirect cost rate document suitable for submission to the Department’s Federal cognizant agency.  This service is needed to properly assign Departmental indirect costs to Federal grants and cooperative agreements as required by applicable Federal Cost Principles, Circular and program regulations.
