Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations (CAFO) Permits
National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NDPES) permit may be required for certain CAFO’s. Other requirements include implementation of a Nutrient Management Plan to handle manure and wastewater. More information on CAFO's can be found here.
