Re: Billing Support Hotline Hours of Operation Changes Beginning November 5, 2021

This notice informs enrolled transportation, DME, optical, and audiology providers of new hours of operation for the billing support hotline. This affects inquiries for fee-for-service billing only.
Current hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Beginning Friday, November 5th, new hours of operation are Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Questions regarding this notice may be directed to the Bureau of Professional and Ancillary Services at 877-782-5565, option 1 for English, then 2 (provider), then 4 (for billing). From there, select either option 2 (DME/audiology), 4 (transportation), or 5 (optical).
