The Department has posted the first quarter payment amounts for the FY 2023 Safety Net Obstetrical Payment Program in accordance with Public Act 102-0004. The program provides $50M annually among qualifying safety-net hospitals to preserve or enhance OB/GYN services or other specialty services at the receiving hospital.
