Re: Publicly Owned Transportation Providers – Ground Emergency Medical Transportation (GEMT) Supplemental Payments

This notice informs providers enrolled in the Ground Emergency Medical Transportation (GEMT) program that payment for 2022, quarters 1 and 2, will be due by March 31, 2023. Invoices will be sent via email no later than January 31, 2023.
This notice is also a reminder of a change in the processing method for GEMT payments. Effective December 31, 2022, NCR/JetPay is no longer available for providers to make payments.
ACH Direct Debit is the preferred method of payment. Providers should complete the ACH HFS3848G form and return it to HFS at the following address:

Those enrolled in the ACH Direct Debit payment process can expect their payment to be withdrawn from their account three or four days before the due date.
If you choose not to participate in the ACH Direct Debit payment process, then you may still remit payment via check noting "GEMT Payment" to the address noted above. Please include the invoice number on the check.
