Employee authorization is the process by which a business delegates its authorized application access to one of its employees.
In order to delegate access to an Internet application to an employee, the business must already have authorized access. Review the Business Authorization Overview for more information on obtaining authorization for the business.
As long as the business has authorized access, the business' active administrators automatically have the ability to delegate applications to the business' registered employees. However, if the business loses its authorization, authorization for application access will be removed for the employees as well.
In order for an employee to be authorized to access applications over the Internet, the following events must take place:
The business must be registered.
The employee must successfully register for the business.
The business must obtain authorization to access an Internet application.
The business administrator must accept the employee's registration, and grant the employee access to an application.
An employee will have application access immediately after the administrator has granted them access.
