To view businesses which have requested to work on behalf of a provider,
Click on the Manage My Account link in the left-side navigation bar
Select the provider business for which you want to provide authorizations by clicking on the Select radio button next to the HFS ID Number.
Note: The business type must be "PROVIDER" and you must be an active administrator for the business.
Click the Authorization button located in the upper right corner of the page content. This will take you to the Provider Authorization Menu page.
Click on the Business Auth button in the upper right corner of the page content. The businesses that have requested authorization from the provider will be displayed along with the current status of the authorization request.
