You must be an active administrator for the business in order to view employees. To begin,
Click on the Manage My Account link in the left-side navigation bar.
Select the business for which you want to view the registered employee from the Manage My MEDI Account page by clicking on the Select radio button next to the HFS ID Number.
Tip: The same employer may be registered more than once as different business types (e.g. a provider/payee). If the names are the same, be sure to check the business type as well as the business name before you make your selection.
Click the Authorization button located on the right-side of the Business Associations header. This will take you to an authorization menu customized for the business type.
You will see a list of the employees registered for that business and their authorization status. Review the window level help for the authorization menu specific to the business type for more detail about the information displayed on this page.
