Once you have submitted the registration, if the tax identification number entered is already registered, the MEDI System will direct you to the Duplicate - Oth Business page. On this page, the system will display a list of businesses registered with the same tax ID number you entered. To register as an administrator for one of the businesses already registered,
Click the radio button to select Option II.
Click the select radio button for the business for which you want to be an administrator.
Enter the Employee Registration Key for the business you selected. If you do not have the Employee Registration Key, review the Obtain an Employee Registration Key topic for how to obtain one.
Warning: You must enter the Employee Registration Key exactly as it exists on the MEDI System database. You are only allowed 5 attempts to enter the correct Employee Registration Key. If you are unsuccessful, your account will be locked and you will have to contact Network Services to unlock your account.
Click Submit.
You will be forwarded to the Registration Success page to review the registration information. If you need more detailed help, review the window level help for the Duplicate - Oth Business Page.
