A Payor Submitter is the only other business type that is allowed to submit on behalf of Other Government Payors. To register a payor submitter, you must
Click on the Registration Menu from the left-side navigation bar.
From the MEDI Registration Menu, select Other Business Registration.
Complete the fields required on the Other Business Registration page.
Select "Payor Submitter" from the Other Business Type dropdown box.
Click Submit.
