Registering as a Provider Group

To register as a provider group, you must

Click on the Registration Menu from the left-side navigation bar.
From the MEDI Registration Menu, select Other Business Registration.
Complete the fields required on the Other Business Registration page.
Select "Provider Group" from the Other Business Type dropdown box.
Click Submit.

Note: If your business is also a payee, you may want to register as a payee rather than a provider group. Payees can also be authorized by a provider to do work on their behalf, so registering as a payee can eliminate having to register as both a provider group and a payee.
