March 7 Integrated Care Program Stakeholder Videoconference

The Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) will be holding two stakeholder videoconferences in March on its programs serving Seniors and Persons with Disabilities, specifically the proposal recently posted on the Medicare/Medicaid Alignment Initiative (pdf)

The Department is especially interested in input from clients and advocacy groups on the topics of Consumer Protection, Self Directed Care, Provider Networks and Care Coordination Models.

The first videoconference will be held on March 7, 2012, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. You may attend the videoconference at one of three locations identified below or, if you are not able to attend in person, a dial-in option will be available. There is a limit on the number of phone lines available, so it is important that only one phone line is used by your organization when dialing into the stakeholder meetings. Once the line limit is reached, callers will hear a message that the conference is full.

Conference Line: 1-877-402-9757 / Access Code: 2133576
