HFS has started to move people into care coordination. There are a variety of “managed care entities,” a general term that will include Coordinated Care Entities (CCEs), Managed Care Community Networks (MCCNs), Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) and Accountable Care Entities (ACEs).
How do I find a dentist?
Members who are enrolled with a CCE or ACE, or those Medicaid enrollees that have not enrolled in a managed care entity, should visit the DentaQuest website or call 1-888-286-2447 for help finding a dentist.
Members enrolled in a MCCN or MCO, will need to contact the number on the back of you managed care membership card. The HFS website has additional information available about Care Coordination.
