Appeals

Section 7-9 of the Liquor Control Act of 1934 provides for the appeal of an order issued by a local liquor commission to be conducted by the ILCC (except for orders entered by the Chicago Liquor Commission).

Appeals can be filed in person or via mail at our Chicago office.

The proper mailing address for filing appeals from a local liquor commission order is Illinois Liquor Control Commission, Attn: Legal/Appeals, 100 West Randolph Street, SUITE 7-801, Chicago, IL 60601.
