Illinois Liquor Control Commission Rules and Regulations

The Liquor Control Commission is currently in the process of converting many of its
trade practice policies into administrative rules. These rules cover a wide variety of liquor control regulations and have been drafted with input from industry members from each of the three tiers in the Illinois liquor system. Once submitted to JCAR, these rules will be reviewed to become a part of the Administrative Code.
The Liquor Control Commission has filed the following proposed rules with the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules and published notice in the Illinois Register:
Section 100.250: Transfer of Alcohol
Section 100.500: "Of Value" Provisions-General Applicability (Quantity Discounting)
