What is Schedule BC?

Schedule BC, Composite Return Membership, is attached to Form IL-1023-C, Composite Income and Replacement Tax Return, for tax years ending on or after December 31, 2006 and before December 31, 2014. You are required to complete this schedule and provide the department with the requested information regarding all of the members you have included in the composite return. Prior year forms and instructions can be found by clicking the "Prior Years" link on our Business Tax Forms page and selecting the corresponding year.
