The State of Illinois General Services Office is pleased to announce its new eProcurement system, named BidBuy. Vendors are encourage to register now!

Bid Buy is designed to streamline services, increase efficiency, reduce cycle times and transaction costs, improve availability of information and modernize the tools and resources available to incorporate best practices in Illinois procurement. Illinois Department of Revenue should go-live in this system beginning October, 2016. Information on how to register as a vendor can be found at https://www.bidbuy.illinois.gov/bso/

In addition, all of the newest updates to Illinois Procurement by the Chief Procurement Officer can be found at http://www.illinois.gov/cpo/PathwayToProcurement/Pages/BidBuy.aspx

Until full deployment of BidBuy, the Illinois Procurement Bulletin home page allows vendors to obtain general information regarding all procurements in Illinois.
