ACH Credit payment option is an electronic transfer that occurs when you authorize your financial institution to deposit funds into the Illinois Department of Revenue’s account from your account. Before choosing this option, we recommend you enroll using our letter process at MyTax.Illinois.gov to ensure you are provided with the Department's banking information and conventions. It can be found under "Additional Services" and "Request ACH Credit Banking Instructions". You may want to contact your financial institution to inquire about their ACH service options and any associated fees.
