What can I do if MyTax Illinois does not appear to be responding when I try to view letters, print returns, or click the help link?

Some actions in MyTax Illinois require pop-ups to be enabled in your browser. For example, the Help Menu will open in a new browser window to display help options. Or, if you are trying to view returns, letters, and documents, they will open in a new browser window. To allow pop-ups in your browser, please see your browser’s help menu for instructions.

Note: If you see a screen that says “Retrieving your letter…” and has a countdown, click on the link that says “If your letter does not open automatically, click here.”
