Inclusion Subcommittee

​​​The Inclusion Subcommittee of the Integration and Alignment Committee of the Early Learning Council works to ensure integration and alignment of early childhood programs and initiatives to other systems in issues related to children with or at risk of delays and disabilities. The Inclusion Subcommittee is an important body of public and private partners that provides feedback on state efforts to promote inclusion and to improve access and quality for children with delays and disabilities across early childhood settings and in federal and state program design and improvement, such as the Early Childhood Block Grant re-compete, Pre-K expansion, ESSA, EHS-CC partnerships, RTT-ELC Challenge and SSIP. In addition, the Subcommittee will be a strategic partner in the development and execution of the Early Childhood Inclusion Policy Summit and be prepared to support the development and implementation of recommendations that emerge from the Summit.​​​​​​​​​​​
