Inclusion Subcommittee

The Inclusion Subcommittee works to ensure integration and alignment of early childhood programs and initiatives to other systems in issues related to children with or at risk of delays and disabilities. The Inclusion Subcommittee is an important body of public and private partners that provides feedback on State efforts to promote inclusion and to improve access and quality for children with delays and disabilities across early childhood settings and in federal and state program design and improvement, such as the Child Care Development Block Grant, the Early Childhood Block Grant, ESSA, EHS-CC partnerships, the Race to the Top Early Learning Challenge grant, and SSIP.
